Located 600 m from the center of Scalea, and 1200 m from the beach, "Il Belvedere" offers newly built, bright, fully furnished rooms equipped with all the comforts including, air conditioning, Smart LED TV 40, a safe for valuables, an individual bathroom with shower, WIFI and a terrace facing the sea. All the rooms are elegantly furnished.
As part of our commitment to nature and preserving resources, the B&B "Il Belvedere" is a Green building with high thermal efficiency and state of the art energy management systems. Electrical energy and hot water is supplied by solar panels.
